Fundraising Commitment: If selected, I agree to raise a minimum of $20,000 for Agassiz Village. I understand that unless I cancel before officially registering for the race, Agassiz Village has the right to charge the balance owed to the credit card on file.

Release and Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Boston Marathon is a potentially hazardous activity. In consideration of being accepted onto the team, I waive and release any and all claims against Agassiz Village for injuries suffered in connection with training, planning, or the event itself.

Cancellation Policy: Team fees are non-refundable. Donations raised are not refundable under any circumstance. After officially registering for the race, I am responsible for the full fundraising minimum even if I am unable to run.

Medical Authorization: In the event of illness or injury during training or the event, I authorize Agassiz Village to secure necessary medical treatment on my behalf, and I accept financial responsibility for any care provided.
